About the event
Learn the art of this ancient craft. We will be twisting, clamping, folding, pleating, binding and using traditional timber Shibori tools to produce a selection of gorgeous Shibori fabrics.
You will learn 5 different techniques and produce 5 Beautiful pieces to take home. After learning these techniques you will design your own masterpiece on a larger piece of fabric which can be taken home to later be transformed into cushion covers, tote bag, item of clothing or a homewares product.
All materials are included. This is a hands on workshop were we will get a little messy, so please wear old clothes and enclosed shoes.
