This 2 Day Massage Workshop will give you the techniques and confidence to give massages to family & friends or start on a new career path.

Immerse yourself in 2 full days of hands on learning. Learn flowing, relaxation massage techniques. Over the 2 days you will give and receive full body massage’s. This retreat workshop is designed for you to not only learn how to give a beautiful massage but to also enjoy the benefits of massage.

In this 2 Day Workshop you will learn:-

A full body massage routine, this will include:- Back, Neck, Shoulders, Legs, Feet, Arms, Hands, Upper Chest, face & Scalp.

Combination of Swedish & Lomi Lomi Massage Techniques

Correct draping and positioning

Techniques to lengthen and relax your clients’ muscles

How to use your body (and body weight) to safely massage and avoid injuries

Basic Contraindications for massage

Feel your mind unwind, your body relax, reduce your stress and experience an overall general feeling of well-being.

The Massage Workshop is held in a beautiful Retreat Style Stone & Timber Studio overlooking the Bega Valley where you will enjoy delicious local produce with morning tea and afternoon tea provided.
